Q: How many days in advance do I need to make a RESERVATION?
A: Reservations should be made at least 24 hours before the surgery to ensure availability.  If the reservation is made on the same day of the surgery, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q:  Can I CANCEL my reservation?
A: Reservations can be canceled no later than 24 hours before your surgery. All cancellation done on the day of the surgery are subject to a cancellation fee of $500.00.

Q: Will Majestic Recovery take care of transportation FROM and TO doctor's surgical center?
A: Majestic Recovery will provide your transportation from the surgical center to the hotel and to the post operative appointment.

Q: What is the NURSE-PATIENT RATIO like in your facility?
A: We provide one nurse per one patient, not exceeding more two patients per nurse. Please contact us 24 hours before your surgery for more nurse patient information.

Q: Can you take care of me ANYWHERE OTHER THAN YOUR FACILITY?
A: For local residents we do make special arrangements. If this is the  case, please call two weeks in advance to make the reservation otherwise we can not guarantee nurse availability.  Please note prices for this service vary.

Q: CAN I MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO STAY BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER MY SURGICAL PROCEDURE?
A: Yes, we can assist you in arranging your desired length of stay.
